Juelz Santana Turns Himself in to Police After NJ Airport Incident

Juelz Santana turned himself into Port Authority Police earlier this morning at 1 a.m., reports TMZ. He's scheduled to appear in U.S. District Court in Newark later today. Santana is charged with unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
